Just returned and we had a very relaxing time and met some great people. The resort was fine the rooms were okay its not the hilton but your their for a week do not spend much time in the room the beach is beautiful and white sand for miles the water is gorgeous. The hotel staff is friendly the buffet has a lot to offer and their is always something you can eat you will not go hungry. Their were singles, seniors, families and everyone got alonge fine. The nightly entertainment was fantastic and poolside (they kept things going very fun staff.)The grounds are very nice they have cranes, peacocks, fish, turtles and pink flamingos take your camera it is very quiet and tranquil. I would go back no problem. We found that the excursions were expensive.(did not go on any)

I went with my husband not knowing what I was getting myself into (did not do research on hotel before booking)!!! It was simply beautiful. The resort is placed on a great beach with white sand. The hotel is surrounded with wild birds and pink flamigos. We were even able to feed them. It is a very tropical setting, so one has to be ready to cross paths with birds and other species when going to the beach or restaurants. The rooms are extremely clean, but nothing great. The food was fantastic (buffet as well as restaurants). The only thing I would mention to modify is the night life. There are no discotheques, and after the show, there wasn't much to do (we were in our room by 11:00 pm). The staff is great, always ready to serve you with a smile. Overall, we loved the hotel and we were pleasantly surprised with our stay !

The main entrance to the hotel was amazing and the grounds of the hotel, the natural wildlife was cool except when the ducks start quacking at 5am! Definatly older rooms with doors that didn't shut properly, smelled like mould, hard beds and little tiny bugs everywhere!!! There was definatly mould in the showers and we tipped the maids everyday and didn't get anything except one small flower one day, the food is great and the beach is amazing but could use a clean up. The animation team was fun and all the contests. I reacted to something, unsure if it was the water in the rooms from showering....it was a good first hotel but wouldn't stay again. More of a family resort the stores were reasonably priced but not enough snacks so bring your own!!

Beau séjour au Blau Natura Park. Expérience très positive. Bonne bouffe, belle ambiance, plage magnifique malgré les algues, chambre propre et animation pas trop harcelante. Seul point négatif le vin qui n'est pas buvable. En somme pour un prix inférieur à 1000$ pour une semaine, je recommande fortement cet hôtel qui de plus est situé à moins de 25 minutes de l'aéroport.

Overall, I had a great time. Some minor hiccups not really worth mentioning. Staff 'did their job' with a smile, and were courteous.
The breakfast was bland, but lunch and dinner were great.

Bel hôtel très propre et très aéré. La plage est grande avec du beau sable fin. et il y a des chaises pour tous. Le buffet est très complet et varié. Tous y trouvent leurs comptes. Quelques plats n'étaient pas assez chaud et le jus d'orange ... sans commentaire. Les soupers varient avec des thèmes interréssants. Le vin on oubli ça, seul la bière se laisse boire. La chambre propre et de bonne grandeur avec beaucoup de rangement. Toujours de l'eau chaude pour la douche. Plusieurs activités offertes par mon agence et cela vaut la peine sauf si vous préférer faire les lézards toutes la journée sur la plage. Pour la plongé, c'est pas la place, rien de spécial a voir. Y'a des choses a voir en dehors de l'hôtel. Parfais pour les couples ou les groupes d'amis.

I stayed from April 1st to 8th 2012, I found the resort beautiful, the gardens are amazing and well maintained. The beach was great except for the seaweeds and it gets windy. This is a resort to relax first of all. Walk and admire the scenery.

Bel Hotel, très propre

Super de belle vacance très beau RESORT. Le personnel très accueillant et bon service. Bonne nourriture. Très belle plage.

We were there for the week at the beginning of the April, 2012.
What is special:
- This hotel has very beautiful environment, area is very green and almost wild. A lot of interesting birds, fish etc.
- Beach is long and peaceful but there were a lot of seaweed being thrown out of the sea almost every morning. They are cleaning it but...
- A lot of Russian in the hotel. Probably around 60%.
- Food is quite good. They are trying to change dishes every day and the selection is fine. Meat, fish, vegetables. Fruits are very limited to watermelon, melon, pineapple and passion fruit...
- Service is average. Some hotel's staff are almost arrogant. It looks like everybody expects for tips not for extra service but for service at all. I think it's not a hotel problem but the whole tourism in this country. Though animation team is great. Their lead is very charismatic and active. Receptionists are also very helpful at any time. Special thanks to Kary (reception) and Angelica (waitress at the main bar).
- Not very good place for those who like activities. Just peaceful place.

Bouffet tres varié,personnel attentif un coup qu'ils savent qu'on est canadiens.Chambre tres propre.Site tres bien entretenu.Beaucoup d'activité autant pour les adultes que les enfants.tres belle plage.beaucoup de palapas et chaise.Piscine un peu petite pour le nombre de personne.Je recommende pour les familles.Par contre clientele tres froide et pas coutoise.(Europeen)

Hotel is aging but very clean. Rooms are big and comfortable. Chambermaid was very punctual and cleaned the room every morning (gave her $10 first day we were there)...we had new towels everyday and fresh water bottles were left in the mini fridge. Food in the buffet was OK....nothing out of the ordinary for an all inclusive. Italian and Steak House a la cart restaurants were very good....nice change from the buffet.

The rooms were musty and damp. the air conditioning didn't work well. The bed was hard as a rock. Not many staff spoke english. Many people smoked anywhere they wanted. The food in the buffet was not hot and you couldn't even get a cup of hot water for tea - it was lukewarm. We would not go back to this resort.

I have been to other resorts in Punta Cana that I enjoyed more than the Blau.

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine au Blau Natura. Pas trop gros comme hôtel, tout est proche. La plage est très grande et il y a beaucoup de chaises. Beaucoup de choix au buffet, les trois restaurants à la carte étaient bon. Tres satisfait pour la qualité/prix.

FOOD WAS OK, ROOM WAS OK, BED WAS HARD, ROOMS NEED UPDATING. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. STAFF WERE FRIENDLY. NEED TO CATER TO CLIENTS AND WHERE THEY COME FROM RE FOOD. SERVICE ON THE BEACH WOULD BE NICE. GROUNDS WERE LOVELY AND WELL KEPT. ENTERTAINMENT AT NIGHT COULD BE BETTER. LOVE IT WHEN STAFF PUT ON COMEDY ACT. CHAIRS IN BUFFET ARE UNCOMFORTABLE. STAFF TRY HARD AND IT IS EVIDENT. SINCE IT IS ALL INCLUSIVE YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO HAVE BOTH PASTA AND ENTREE AT ITALIAN RESTAURANT. WENT FOR THE BEACH AND WEATHER AND WASN'T DISAPPOINTED!!

for us it was amazing because we have nothing to compare it to but it was beautiful and we WILL return and maybe next time with the children lots of fun stuff to do

The hotel has beautiful grounds with lots of mature lush vegetation. Rooms are spacious and clean. The buffet restaurants seemed better than the al-a-cartes. The beach is pretty to look at but there are huge kelp beds just off the shore so the water is full of seaweed and kelp all the time. They do rake the beach but it's a losing battle. Hotel staff are not friendly. If you are looking for nightlife this is not the hotel for you. Everything shuts down around 10:00 every night and you can't find anywhere to get a drink or a bite to eat. Don't pay more then $600 to go to this resort, or you have overpaid. Cuba still has much better beaches and is less expensive than the DR.

EXcellent rapport qualité-prix.J'ai fait un très beau voyage : le lieux sont propres,sécuritaires et il y règne une ambiance familiale très plaisante. La nourriture est bonne, le service dans les restaurants à la carte est bon et l'équipe d'animation fait un travail exceptionnel pour inclure tout le monde dans leurs activités. J'y retournerais.

Le tout a commencé à la réception avec Mercer qui baraguine l'anglais. Étant 4, nous avons eu droits à 2 lits simples et un sofa-lit. S'il y a des gens qui fument dans leurs chambres, vous fumerez avec eux via la climatisation. Nous pouvons dire merci à Immodium et Kaopectac, qui ont été nos meilleurs amis du voyage. Le vin local et la bière presidente sont infectes. Une chance qu'il y avait du rhum. Les gens de l'animation sont entraînants, motivés et il y a beaucoup d'activités à faire si vous désirez participer. Pour le mini-club, les animatrices ne parlent qu'espagnol et je dois dire merci à ma fille de 8 ans pour avoir amusé celle de 4 ans et les autres enfants. L'aménagement du complexe(côté nature était très très bien)oiseau, arbre, poisson, étang, etc. Les hamburger d'Emanuel sur la plage sont déconseillés. Les boulettes de viandes hachées passent beaucoup de temps à la chaleur, ma conjointe en a subi les foudres!! La plage est très belle. Énormément d'algues dans l'eau. À faire attention, la femme de ménage nous a dérobé 30$. Son 2$ quotidien ne suffisait pas faut croire? Je ne vous raconte pas la suite avec la réception, gérant, etc...Difficile d'avoir des serviettes, papier toilette. Également difficile d'avoir les serviettes de plage. L'accès à Internet est gérer par le plus minable du personnel. On le surnommait Casper(supposémment de 9h-21h). Le mexique est un meilleur choix.

We enjoyed ourselves very much and had a Great time!! The hotel was very clean and the staff work very hard. There was seaweed at the beach but they clean it up thru out the day to try and keep ahead of it. The food was excellent also. The reviews that do not like this resort must always be complainers.We heard from people that liked this place better then some 5 star resorts that they have stayed at.We would go back!!

Je suis allé à cet hôtel sans grandes attentes sachant qu'il s'agissait d'un hôtel 4 étoiles. Et bien à ma grande surprise je peux vous dire que j'ai fait des 5 étoiles moins bien que ca .

Les forces : La nourriture qui est très bonne et variée et un buffet très bon ce qui m'a surpris. Le personnel est d'une grande attention et gentillesse avec un souci de donner un bon service.
Le souci aussi de la propreté partout sur le site,au restaurant, la chambre, les aires communes, la plage etc..Également la végétation qui très belle et mature avec des animaux, des oiseaux de toutes sortes , des poissons, tortues etc...La grandeur de la plage on peut marcher des kilomètres si on le veut.Les animateurs sont gentils et pas harcelants et vous laisse tranquille si vous ne voulez pas participer.Les petites attentions comme le personnel qui se promène sur le site en offrant des brochettes de fruits.

Les faiblesses : Les algues sur la plage certaines personnes aiment pas ca (pour ma part cela ne m'a pas dérangé) mais je veux le préciser car il y en avait beaucoup mais il y a toujours du personnel qui les ramassent.Les chambres sont propres mais auraient besoin d'un petit rafraichissement mais c'est quand même très acceptable.

Finalement moi j'ai bien aimé cet endroit et j'y retournerais sans hésiter.
